CellMark, based in Gothenburg, announced in the beginning of November last year that it had made a binding offer to acquire AIN. Today, Cellmark reports that the acquisition has been completed.AIN is a global sales and marketing company, specialized in speciality chemicals and raw material to the metal industry.CellMark offers producers and end-users a comprehensive range of sales and marketing services. CellMark features four divisions: Pulp, Paper, Packaging and Recycling, which include the Energy and Machinery product areas.
