Norske Skog to start PM2 at Skogn
Oct 19 2011 PM2 at Norske Skog Skogn mill near Trondheim in central Norway starts normal production again on Monday 24 October. The machine has been stopped for almost two months, due to weak market conditions.
The sales orders have somewhat improved, Norske Skog reports, and PM2 will start normal production on Monday 24 October. approximately one week earlier than planned.All 56 employees that were laid off last month will resume to their jobs again. The production halt has reduced the annual production volume with approximately 20, 000 tons. /KB
