Metso’s delivery will include three ValFlo headboxes for the three-ply liner machine with a dilution profiling system for the back ply, a ValPress press section and a ValSizer film size press. The dryer section will be equipped with a moisturizing unit for web moisture profile control.The daily production capacity of the 7.25 meters wide (wire) PM10 is up to 1,400 tons of kraft top and testliner in the basis weight range of 100-280 grams at a maximum running speed of 1,000 meters per minute.The production line is scheduled to start up during the spring next year.
