A newsprint grade from Myllykoski's German subsidiary, Rhein Papier, has been awarded the Blue Angel eco-label The ISEGA Institute in Aschaffenburg subjected Rhein Papier’s newsprint paper My News to a battery of tests – which it passed in full. The tests were a part of a series of criteria, laid down by the German Department of the Environment, that My News had to fulfil to get the Blue Angel eco-label.My News is produced 100 percent recycled fiber based paper.
